Baryonyx walkeri, covered in feathers and quills (why not?) takes a sunbath while the pterosaurs Europejara and some Iberomesornis feed on the rests of meat and parasites of its teeth and plumage, establishing a symbiotic relationship similar to those of crocodiles and some modern birds.

Someone might have guess it, this is gonna be my entry for the All Yesterdays contest. Not sure if it will be the only one, hopefully I would be able to finish the second entry soon enough.

I always like seeing my favourite Dinosaur doing something different than fishing. :D Or make the finger-trick to Iguanodon! :D

I think the big Spinosaurs had feathers too. Why not? We know based on the Concavenator and Sciurumimus the carnosaurs had feathers too

Once again, this stuff is brilliant.

Nice composition and details, also great work on the pose! Baryonyx seems almost playful.

At first I was going to ask why the underbelly lacks scale, and the realized it's actually naked skin (Tyrannosaurus's style). Really, really nice touch.

Thanks man! to be honest with you, I initially thought of leaving all the animal scaleless since the process its quite time consuming and according to the contest basis the detail of the artwork is not a priority. But I changed my mind after realizing that there's an explanation for a partial scaliness , and feet with naked skin didn't look too good here.

Actually adding scales doesn't really take that much time, just overlay the texture over the dinosaur

And there is no evidence of feathers in spinosaurids btw...

Lately I prefer to work in every scale individually, that way I can make them more varied in size.

And yes, there is no evidence spinosaur integument whatsoever, so anything is possible.
